I have worked with many groups and hundreds of individuals as a coach, trainer, doula, mentor, teacher, anchor, mediator, sacred intimate, peer, and counsellor in contexts of healing, death, birth, sex, trauma, conflict tending, art, and consciousness exploration with breathwork, meditation, trance, and entheogens.

I have spent thousands of hours in trainings over the past decade deepening my skills relevant to my offerings.

In addition to institutionalized knowledge, I honour embodied wisdom, integrity, transparency, lineage, curiosity, intuition, and mystery.

I am on the faculty of the School of Consent and founder of Our Sacred Body.

I am now based in Vancouver, Canada for most of the year and Sweden for the summer months.

My first decade of working after university included corporate management consulting within banking, utilities, infrastructure, construction, and international development.

Some identities and presentations where I hold unearned and earned rank in many settings: white, upper-middle working class upbringing, educated, slim, mostly able-bodied, looks and size close to mainstream beauty standards, Swedish and English language fluency, passport privilege (able to live and work in Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), travelled, regular access to my ancestral lands, intact relationship with my ancestors, straight-passing, married, supported by loving partner, colleagues, family, friends, and community.

The following experiences have taught me about marginalization: femme, queer, trauma survivor from many dimensions, invisibly disabled, gender expansive, immigrant, English as a second language, witch, artist, activist, polyamorous, sex worker, self-employed.
