Embodied Relationship Coaching

bring yourself home to yourself

Embodiment coaching is a subtle and deep awareness practice.

Engaging in this practice, supported by frameworks, develops our skills to notice ourselves as we navigate life.

These skills empower us to stay true to our selves when making choices, respecting our own and others’ boundaries, and navigating relationships with more integrity, clarity, and freedom.

Deepen your felt sense of safety, trust, and sense of home within yourself. Increase your access to choice and expression.

Deepen your integrity as a provider

Embodied consent skills are foundational for all humans. They are critical for professionals offering therapeutic attention of all forms.

Deepen your understanding of how power-dynamics, trauma, systemic oppression impact our capacity to access choice and respect for our own and others’ boundaries.

Deepen your embodied awareness of your own and others’ tendencies to “go along” with what is happening - noticing the circumstances and places where it is more difficult for us to say ‘no’ ‘pause’ ‘stop’ or ‘can we check in’.

Develop your subtle skills for supporting others to notice their wants and needs and be able to communicate them.

Engaging in this practice means engaging with the most fundamental aspects of
caring for and respecting our unique, irreplaceable, whole self.
