Tending ~ a radical peer counseling system is a relational resilience practice, develops our ability to notice when our internal state needs loving attention and trains us in communication skills that help us receive and offer mutually respectful and loving attention.

Engaging in this practice facilitates access to:

  • a sense of belonging that is secure and stable,

  • a network of regular, reliable, and loving support,

  • deepening trust in yourself, and

  • developing new habits and expressions.

We focus on embodied consent, metabolizing internalized oppression, developing our capacity for awe and resonance, practicing authenticity and care, and developing skillful loving techniques for conflict resolution that we bring into our existing communities.
